1. Use of this website

This website is provided to help you understand and compare desert safari options in Abu Dhabi.

By using the website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to read and accept these terms.

2. Enquiries and bookings

When you send an enquiry or booking request, we or our local partners will confirm availability, final price and pick-up details via WhatsApp, phone or email.

A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a clear confirmation message with date, time and pick-up instructions.

3. Prices and payments

Prices are usually quoted in AED and are based on the information you provide at the time of enquiry.

Cash payment on the day of the tour is usually possible. Card payments, if available, may be subject to additional VAT and bank charges as communicated before you pay.

4. Changes and cancellations

Most shared tours can be changed or cancelled free of charge if you inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

For late changes, no-shows or certain private/premium tours, charges may apply according to the operator’s policy communicated at the time of booking.

5. Responsibility and liability

Desert safari activities involve driving on sand dunes and outdoor conditions. All activities are operated by licensed local companies.

We and our partners take reasonable care, but we cannot be held responsible for events outside our control such as weather, traffic delays or guest medical conditions.
