Cancellation policy

1. Standard shared tours

For most shared group desert safaris, you can cancel or change your booking free of charge if you inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time may be charged in full.

2. Private and premium tours

Private, premium or specially arranged tours may have different cancellation rules.

These conditions will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking or confirmation.

3. No-shows

If the driver arrives at the agreed pick-up location and you are not available or cannot be contacted within a reasonable waiting time, this may be treated as a no-show.

In case of no-show, the booking is usually non-refundable.

4. Operator cancellations and weather

In rare cases, tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to bad weather, safety concerns or operational issues.

If this happens, we or our partners will offer you a new date or a suitable alternative, or explain any refund options available.

5. How to cancel

To cancel or change your booking, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone using the same number that was used for your confirmation.
