We provide free pick-up and drop-off from most hotels and residences within Abu Dhabi city limits. For locations outside the city (e.g. airport area, Saadiyat, Yas), a small extra charge may apply depending on your exact location.
Pick-up for the evening safari is usually between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM depending on your hotel location, and drop-off is between 8:30 PM and 9:30 PM. Exact timing will be confirmed on WhatsApp after booking.
Dune bashing is done by experienced, licensed drivers and the vehicles are equipped with safety features. However, we do not recommend dune bashing for pregnant women, guests with serious back/neck problems or infants.
Yes, you can pay in cash in AED to the driver or representative on the day of the tour. There is no extra fee for cash payments.
Yes, card payments are possible on request. For card payments, 5% VAT and 5% bank charges apply on top of the tour price.
We recommend light, comfortable clothing and closed shoes or sandals. In winter months, bring a light jacket for the evening as it can get cooler after sunset.
For most bookings, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time are free of charge. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full, especially for private and premium tours.
